MR. ANMOL DIPAKKUMAR PATEL – NON-EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR
Mr. Anmol Dipakkumar Patel approaches real estate as nation building — convinced that how India designs its cities over the next two decades will define its economic and cultural arc for the century. A third-generation member of the Ganesh Housing family, he pairs international management and strategic education from the University of Nottingham with an operator's instinct for the Indian market.
As a Non-Executive Director of Ganesh Housing Corporation Limited, Mr. Patel contributes to the company's long-term strategic direction across a portfolio that spans large-scale residential communities, commercial developments, tech parks, integrated townships, and one of Ahmedabad's most strategically positioned land banks. He is closely associated with the vision, master planning, and execution of Million Minds Tech City — a 65-acre SEZ designed to redefine the commercial and innovation ecosystem of Ahmedabad and anchor the city's next chapter on the global map.
His core contribution lies in master planning at scale — thinking through how land, density, mobility, infrastructure, and end-user experience come together over decades, not quarters. He works closely with architects, urban designers, and consultants to shape land-use strategy, phasing, and the spatial logic of each development, ensuring that what gets built today still makes sense thirty years from now. Across the portfolio, he is involved in project conceptualisation, planning integration, and execution oversight, with a particular focus on aligning design intent with commercial viability and long-term city-building outcomes.
He brings structured thinking to commercial negotiations, partner discussions, and institutional interactions, enabling effective alignment between developers, consultants, tenants, and strategic counterparts. His ability to balance commercial priorities with long-term value creation strengthens project viability and market confidence.
Beyond Ganesh Housing, Mr. Patel serves as Vice President of CREDAI Ahmedabad Youth Wing, where he helps shape the next generation of real estate leadership and contributes to industry-wide conversations on responsible, future-ready urban development. As Vice President of the Ahmedabad Football Association, he champions sports infrastructure and grassroots sports development as essential pillars of a modern, liveable city — recognising that great cities are built not just on offices and homes, but on the spaces where communities come alive.
A strategic thinker with strong negotiation acumen and technological fluency, Mr. Patel combines international exposure with execution discipline. His contributions reinforce leadership continuity while advancing Ganesh Housing's positioning as a forward-looking developer — one building not just projects, but the places where India's future will be lived, worked, and played.
